I was getting a little worried after trying to sort out my order issue, but they took care of it really quickly. Such a relief to have it fixed without a bunch of hassle.

I wasn’t expecting much, but after using it I was like, okay, this actually cleans really well. Everything came out looking nice and fresh, so no complaints from me.

The order turned out fine in the end, so I can’t say it was a total disaster, but the wait put me in a annoyed mood. I expected it to be done much sooner, and there weren’t many updates while I was sitting around wondering what was going on. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, just frustrating if you’re already stressed or need things done quickly. I probably wouldn’t use them again if I was on a tight timeline.

Stopped in looking for a part and, yep... they had it in stock!! they almost always seem to have the parts I need available, which makes things so much easier!!!

I’m happy with this fabric. It feels really soft. Nice on the skin too. I washed it once, and it still feels great. Shipping took a little longer than I wanted. That’s why I took off one star. But the fabric itself is really good.

It’s not a bad site or anything, actually, it does the job, but it could definitely be smoother and easier to get around
